Gerhard Linse Designs is a creative and idea rich design consulting company providing services to both the new construction and renovation markets. Our broadly based knowledge and experience in the design and construction field allows us to provide a comprehensive design service, encompassing everything from site selection to existing building assessment through architectural, interior and overall landscape design and site planning. Our experience on a variety of residential and commercial projects keeps us on top of current costs and techniques; providing us and our clients with valuable and up-to-date information when advising on project budgeting and scheduling. As our photos show, we are comfortable in either the contemporary or traditional environments. Style is important, but good design and detailing make or break a project. There are no testimonials on this web site. With over 90% of our business coming from referrals or word of mouth, we let our track record speak for itself.
We draw on over 25 years of experience in the construction industry as a designer, developer and former builder on a variety of projects from contemporary urban lofts to traditional estate homes and over 150 major renovation projects. Gerhard Linse is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnic University and has traveled widely and worked internationally in Germany, Australia, Russia, and the Caribbean. Gerhard's talents, expertise and commitment to excellence have garnered him numerous industry awards at the local, provincial and national levels for housing design excellence for projects he has designed or built. He has also received several personal achievement awards for his outstanding contributions to the home building industry and is a past Vice President of the Ottawa-Carleton Home Builders Association as well as a respected member of the local design and building community.
Gerhard is also a member of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Green Building Council.
